Nope, not a fake sticker. The LeTour Luxe model was indeed made with Columbus Tenax tubing -- double butted main tubes, chrome-moly stays, stainless steel dropout faces. Looks like original components, too, in good condition.

Small '72 Raleigh Competition in the Atlanta area, I've always liked this style of lug. Seller unfortunately only offers closeup pics, no overall view. IMO, $180 is a bit much considering its condition. Badly neglected and will take a lot of work and a few dollars to bring back to life. Still, may be someone's cup of tea.

Not the only one in existence. I have one just like it, well this is after I changed mine over to late model Dura Ace set up, but I still have all of the original D/A components identical to what this listed bike has. His is a great example of a survivor though. Beautiful bike.

The seat tube is 21 inches. The color coordinated components include: Suntour Cyclone 7000 rear derailleur, Cyclone front derailleur, Suntour Accu-Shift indexed shift levers, Sakae FX super low profile crankset, and Dia Compe sidepull brake calipers.
