This sounds like a seller I'd like to meet. Anyone who stresses "I've always had to coax the rear speeds into gear. I very gingerly set it into one of three positions and never made aggressive gear changes" is someone who wants you to buy it and not wreck it. 1984 Schwinn LeTour in excellent condition. All original components are original. Only the seat and grip tape have been replaced. This bike has quite a large frame. 25in from center of crank to top of seat post. 34 1/2 in from ground to top of the top tube. Frame is 4130 crome moly and is quite light for a bicycle of this era. Serial # SB407537. Bike needs a good cleaning as it has been hanging in my garage for awhile.
