SWAP Rare WHITE Suntour Cyclone 7000 mini group w or w/o wheels - $60 (Millwood)
80's Suntour/Dia Compe
Derailleur, Headset, Downtube Shifters ,BRAKESET , all WHITE
At the Swap this morning !
For an additional $40 I have a nice Suntour Araya 27" wheelset I can throw in for you.
Factory white including the Tange CD Levin 1" threaded headset.
All components function as they should
Crisp Accushift 6 speed (will do 7 of course with the 'past detent' position) Also functional in friction or detent modes with the setting dial.
Dia Compe 400 X-II brakeset (39-49 mm reach) also factory painted white with white red dot AP levers.
Tange Levin CD headset complete. Also factory cased in white outer rings with gold embossed lettering. It's a rare piece in itself. Never seen another one. Complete with bearings and all hardware. 1" threaded.
Front and rear factory white Suntour Cyclone 7000 derailleurs. 28.6 clamp on bottom pull front. Medium cage rear Pulleys bushings, springs, clamps adjusters are all good.
This is a nice group ready to fit into your classic ride.

this is tempting. A decent Cycline RD alone cost $50+ if you can find one. I donít think they brake lever go with the group

Might be exact match but still tasteful as a set. I was thinking awfully hard as I have 6 incomplete frames to build up. Apparently being sold at a swap meet today so maybe already gone.

This is a bit overpriced, at $490, but looks in good shape. Univega Alpina something with upper end Suntour gear. B&W spiderweb/splatter. https://sfbay.craigslist.org/pen/atq...374628448.html

Built with the Columbus MAX inspired ‘Biaxial Power Oval” frame design. Despite the fact that I don’t want a 26” wheeler this would be tempting if it was close by.

Major Nichols was a custom British framebuilder. I met someone who ordered a bike from him during the seventies.

Not sure what this is but clearly a nice looking bike. Seller appears to be a flipper who can read components labels but that's it. Has Crane RD, Dura Ace FD, SR (Custom?) seatpost, Dura Ace calipers, Avocet seat. Can't read who made shifters, levers, headset and drop outs.
Posted two hrs ago. Not sure on $250 but nice looker

Vintage road frame and early Dura Ace stuff - $250 (san jose south)

I have a vintage road bike frame with early Dura-Ace components, the bike rode until the wheels were used on something else, I think this is a 54 cm frame, it uses 27" wheels...

Not My Bike - Too Distant For Me To Facilitate

Miscellaneous free items (libbie/monument)

Posted 2021-09-13 16:38

"I will update as items are added/no longer available. Please let me know what item/s you would like, and WHEN you want to pick up. My schedule is pretty flexible, but please let me know when you want to come by.

Cannondale Si Lefty front wheel 26" - this is pretty old (like 15 years I think), but maybe it's right for the project you have, or you just want to cut the rim out. 6 bolt disc rotor compatible, rotors not included.

Mavic Crossmax 26" rear wheel - 8/9 compatible free hub body; probably works with 10 too. spins nice.

Specialized 26" x 2.00 MTB tires - a little dry, but these have just been sitting in a garage for the past 8 years or so, so they aren't sun damaged or anything. Weren't ridden much prior to being swapped out.

Specialized 26" x 1.00 slick tires - have been sitting in storage for several years but still good shape.

Lotus Super Pro Aero frame - 80's, with a near complete Shimano AX group. Doesn't have the brake levers (sorry). Pads still have life. I don't know the size, but I can update with ST/TT measurements. I may take off the plastic pedals, but will of course leave the quite necessary pedal thread adapters from the AX cranks.

Schwinn/Araya BMX wheelset - 4x4 hubs with 14mm axles, 48 spokes, laced to Araya chrome rims. These are heavy, but pretty indestructible. Have a Kink 14mm chain tensioner on the rear. 14T rear freewheel.

Ancient rusted cruiser - please note that this is NOT SAFE TO RIDE. Maybe you want to turn this into a piece of art. I found this underneath my parents' house, and it's been sitting around as a joke ever since."
