This Raleigh USA bike for $175 is nothing special, but I like that it is double-butted chro-moly and has downtube shifters (correctly cabled) for its triple. Good shape, hybrid tires, decent commuter.

This tall International has been languishing on Facebook for about a month now, probably due to 1) No reference to name of bike in description, not even Raleigh,,2) Poor pics,,,3) located kind of far from any major cities,,,and 4) Very high initial asking price. I've been kind of keeping an eye out for one of these, and while I think it is worth the $100, I'm not sure about the 4+ hour round trip to collect it. I don't think there is much to see in the Toledo area. At least not stuff I want to see. During the summer I could make a weekend of it and get two nice rides up there.
An '92/3ish Univega Via Carisma with full ChrMo frame and fork in the Power Oval design and I think the CX 500 group. $100. Probably needs a little TLC and some air.
