Centurion Ironman Road Bike - $60 (santa cruz)

Reply to: sale-qdttg-1944250664@craigslist.org [Errors when replying to ads?]

I've had this road bike for the longest time, but stopped using it for the past year or so. I hate to have it neglected. The frame is in perfect condition, all that needs to really be worked on is the rear tire. I remember when I tried to adjust rear derailer i lost the ball bearings inside the tire which led me to give up on actually finishing it up. I believe I still have inner tubes for the tires that i'll throw in with it.

58 cm Concorde frame up for sale, can't say I know the worth but seller seems to be aware of what he's selling. Asking $300

https://winnipeg.kijiji.ca/c-buy-and-...dIdZ228872775#

I'm looking to sell this concorde frame and fork, beautiful details. It measures 58cm centre to centre and is made using a japanese ishiwata chromoly tubeset, nice touches include the raised seatclamp style lug as well as the lugged seatstay bridge. I rode this as a fully geared road setup as well as a fixed gear conversion on and off. Nice tight geometry, beautiful condition, no dents and the PDM team colourway! I would be willing to sell the frame/fork separately as well, if you have further questions feel free to ask.

This Bianchi X-4 is showing up on CL all around the country. I've contacted the seller, he wants $700 firm + shipping. From what I've seen (32 additional pictures) bike seems a little abused, black paint also cracking. But if you willing to die for it... In Nebraska.

Outstanding condition, sweet Italian ride, Basso Ferrari Yellow with Green, fully lugged, custom built for me in 1990

Columbus SP tubing, Basso steel fork, full Cinelli, full Campagnolo Chorus
53/39 chainrings
175 mm crank arms
Cinelli bar, stem, and seatpost
Campy brakes, headset, BB, down tube shifters, derailers, 7 speed freewheel, Regina chain
Look clipless pedals
two sets of wheels: both are absolutely bullet proof ....
set 1: Campy Chorus free bearing hubs, Mavic MA40 rims, Victoria Rubino Pro tires w/less than 50 miles, Campy freewheel
set 2: American Classic sealed hubs, Mavic Open 4CD aero rims, Victoria Zaffiro pro tires, less than 50 miles, Regina 7 speed freewheel

19" Custom Built Men's Touring bike - $90 (palo alto)

Reply to: sale-hqc7n-1944951309@craigslist.org [Errors when replying to ads?]

Custom built frame for a men's touring bike
19" frame
Front and Back racks
Good condition, great bike
It was my father-in-laws from Montreal. It is just a bit small for me and I have another bike. He used it to tour around the US. Great bike for a great deal.

If you are close to Palo Alto, I can drop it off.

I missed something on this earlier. how do you loose the balls bearings in the rearwheel while adjusting the deraileur? perhaps this should be in wacky CL too

Ready for your custom touring components or we can custom build this tourer for you.
25" frame. Too tall for me.
Commented on by the late Sheldon Brown as one of the best touring frames out there in the world, bar none.

Take a look at the pics and you will agree .... Imagine yourself cruising and touring on this beautiful bike. Originally bought at Peloton Sports in Amherst MA.

Ultra Rare Andre Bertin Vintage 10 Speed (Buckhead )

Date: 2010-09-10, 8:31AM EDT
Reply to: sale-sq9vr-1946187400@craigslist.org [Errors when replying to ads?]

Offering up a very rare and highly collectable 1969 Bertin. This 61cm bike was Hand made in France with Durifort tubing. It has that legendary smooth ride which only vintage French bikes seem to have. Frame is in excellent condition with no rust. Minus the rear derailleur (Shimano) this bike is totally original even down to the bar tape that came on it. Has Mafac Racer brakes, levers and hoods all in very good condition. Rigida rims with extremely hard to find Milremo hubs. Tires in good shape. Selle Italia Superleggera saddle, Pivo stem, Lyotard pedals, Solida Cranks, Simplex front derailleur and levers finish out the components. The Mafac brakes and Milremo hubs alone are worth at least half the $200 OBO asking price. You can check out the excellent site dedicated to Bertin's at https://bertinclassiccycles.wordpress.com
I have more fine vintage bikes to come email for more info.

P.S. Due to the increase of Phishing on Craigs, I will not respond to emails without specific contact information. Phone number, what part of town or street you are on, etc. Thanks.

This would made a fantastic haul for anyone looking to build up some wheels. I wish I could justify it myself, but I just don't have the need for so many hubs right now:
