This bike is in excellent original condition with all original paint and components. Most of the components are in like new, unrestored condition.
We replaced the deteriorated Bluemel plastic fenders with Bluemel aluminum fenders. Rudi Mayr restored the saddle and we installed all new cables and bearings, Panaracer tires and Dipell leather bar tape.
nlerner probably owned this or one like it at one point.

If you're looking for hoods that will both fit and look better than what's currently available on your Weinmanns this could be of interest. Or they may work for you as is. $25/pair ask. I bought a pair of these with the intent of pulling the hoods for another project and slapping on some Cane Creeks for a bike I will sell later, the seller accepted my offer though didn't ask for much off. They came in and they're still in the factory-sealed package, rubber looks great. There are several pairs left.

At $400, If it fit me and was local, I would try to, at least, get there and check it out, soon. Even if one was to pay $100 bucks for shipping it, IMO, still a decent deal.

I don't think I've seen this one posted yet, a 24"(?) 1974 Raleigh International near Jackson Tennessee, $590. Only NDS full pic but from that and the various close-ups it looks to be in pretty good shape, original equipment seems to be mostly there.
