Oh wow. That is a spectacular colour. I think the $50 might be a bit in need of a polish, but at $50, not a problem.

Sadly a similar fate befell my 86 Volpe, I was surprised at the difference in color when I took the FD off and saw under the clamp.

This is on my local Craigslist. The bridge is definitely separated from the seat stay and would need to be brazed.
Panasonic Touring Deluxe $85. Local pickup in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania. Desciption says hairline crack at seatstay / brake bridge from resulting from stuck seatpost removal. Looks like it would be a simple repair if you know of a frame guy nearby - if it is actually cracked.

Hard to say and as @Hobbiano said, its not cheap as well as wacky TT bar and plenty of grunge, don't see any rust so maybe the dry, desert, whatever was good to it.

Schwinn Paramountain - Yorba Linda, CA - $450
https://offerup.com/item/detail/1387...amount&cid=7.4
"For sale is a rare vintage Schwinn Paramount Paramountain bike in original condition with a light restoration. I cleaned all parts thoroughly and regreased the bearings, and applied wax to shine. These mountain bikes were sold as a frameset only in 1987, the year after Ned Overend won the NORBA National Championship on the Schwinn team riding a red Paramountain just like this one. It is estimated that Schwinn only made about 1000 of these frames total, at their Greenberg, MS factory. About the bike 19 inches Tange Prestige lugged steel frame No dents or frame damage. Some paint scratches and small chips from use. Suntour XCD drivetrain (crankset, derailleurs, shifters, pedals) Suntour XC Sport hubs SR Royal seatpost U brake front and rear (rear is positioned near bottom bracket). Serial number indicates this was built in June 1986 Given the rarity I am not sure how to value this bike. I am open to reasonable offers. Pickup or test ride is in Yorba Linda"

No bids yet on this adorable little lugged (True Temper?) Trek 950. Thumbies suggest '89, colorway suggests '90.

I didn't know anything about this limited run of 250 bikes. No price listed so I'm guessing they want crazy money.

Ad only has pics of the Bianchi Boardwalk??
https://boston.craigslist.org/bmw/bi...472326621.html
Primo cond Bianchi Boardwalk is all original. Fits a 5' to 5-5" +~ rider
all original 7x3 Suntour, tires still show the mold nibs...............................$224
Rare is the most misused term on CL. This really is.
I don’t see 50mi on this bike, really
88/89 57cm Bianchi SuperLeggera/CDI/Giro in good condition needing buildup
I’ve had it wrapped up in a dark dry place for years. Columbus SLX tubed.
Choose it bare ( frame fork headset) for $125. $50 more w fresh/new 105 crank
or with brakes, wheels, bars, seat & post....whatever suits you best
early 80’s? 60 x 57 Benotto touring frame is visually appealing, cosmetically good/fair.
Universal brakes, Tange headset, smooth Shimano bb, Sugino 36/49 Mighty Tour crank seen separately, a stem of your choice from my stash and original seatpost w cool
Original Selle saddle
Ofmega, Campy, Modolo, Suntour, SR, components or a near complete 600 Arabesque set
Tell me what piques your interest, I may have it
Buy what little or lot you prefer.
Waaay more than what’s pictured
56 x 55 Bianchi Giro repaint red over red, Columbus SL tubed,?headset fresh w good stem and seatpost...................................................................................$144
With NOS 105 Crank bb & DA brakes ............................................................$209
I’ve got lots to choose from to finish it .....................$fair price by how you choose
Gipiemme 52T 144 BCD Campy clone chainring NOS,old school no pins/ramps....$22
Campy, Shimano, Sugino, Sakae,
84/85 62cm Schwinn Voyageur SP might only have 100mi, from an estate sale in NJ 7 yrs ago and wrapped up after taking bars/levers rear derailleur off that I some how sold in error
I have other options than what it wears now.
It’s near primo too and has been kept wrapped in dark, dry closet. These loose their paint easily and are chromed underneath.
“changeouts” made will adjust price ................................................$177-$277

^ that Boardwalk looks NOS, it was a $450 bike in ‘91. Too bad it isn’t bigger.

Not C&V, but some on these boards have these and love them.
If ti was my size, I'd pounce.

Like new, Black Mountain Cycles Road Plus+ 47 cm Rubystone Red Frameset (Chris King Headset not included). Note the sizing geometry chart as the 47cm has a 54.5cm effective top tube so it is for riders larger than you might think from the 47cm sizing alone.
Frame was purchased for a build that was short lived (fewer than 50 miles riding on frame). My friend ended up pulling the components for a custom frame they built up, so this is essentially brand new. The entire frame was also taped with helicopter tape before the build (still on there) so there is not a single scratch on this thing as near as I can tell.
Attached is also a picture of the bike built up. Undoubtedly this is one of the sexiest road+ / gravel / adventure bikes I've ever seen, and incredibly versatile at that.
Asking price is for the frame + the two thru axles, which are an additional charge from BMC when purchasing. Geometry chart is included for sizing information, but for reference this was the correct size for the original owner who was 5'7". The frame would suit someone a few inches on either side of that.
