Judging by the frame graphics, this was when a lot of Pogs were being made by (my best guess) Rossin, before Basso acquired the name for a brief minute later, and they were sold by Performance shops.
That said, they are certainly good Italian frames, but IMO they are NOT "$900 Nice" especially with mid/low range campy components..but OTOH if that's a s 3TT stem with Colnago panto, it could be worth some coin!
