That Arctic was priced optimistically at $400. $600 is insane. I think they were around $100 when new but could be wrong. Money on this bike is in the parts but there aren't $400 in parts on it. I suspect it will sit a bit. Wondering what the rims and hubs are.

It has been lightly used for the last several years. The folks over at Landry's Boston gave it a look over, and according to them its in fine shape. See photos for details.
It has the Shimano Exage groupset, with Biopace.
I list it as excellent for its mechanicals; it's got some dings on the paint on the cross tube.
It's a fine ride for people up to about 5' 8".
