What you were expecting to see? Maybe not? These were made here in Southern California, lots of schools had them. They were designed so the back section unbolted you could swap out the rear two wheels with one converting the "trike" into a "bike". They also made a rare lowrider version. The normal version do pop up at $150 but regularly sell in the $350-500 range, the lowriders often sell around $1,000 or more. I doubt anyone "was looking for one of these" but . . . maybe you will be now. They are nearly indestructible (the one below is a 59'), and a cool gift for the kid of a bike lover.

That's an SR*00 from around 1990, give or take a couple years... with an aluminum fork, apparently...and no way is this a 56 cm bike. More like 66, if we measure to the top of the seat post clamp. Nice shape, though.
