Nope, but there are details that point to "Acer-Mex" (Windsor and Carabella, some flavor of "Carrera" model) yet some that point away, too.
I have seen very few "FALK" or "FALCK" tubing labels, most of the builders tried to hide the fact they built with it instead of touting it.
The mix of Campy Gran Sport (?) hubs, Mavic rims and SunTour drivetrain muddies things up even more, cause I don't think Acer-Mex ever sold a Carrera with all these brands on one frame.
But if anybody might know, it might be juvela
Agreed it's a nice one for the price and intended use (bar bike)
