Univega at one time made a tall hybrid either the Via Carisma or Via Montega, I’m surprised I never see them listed here.

UPDATE: merziac Has spoken for them (now I just have to find them... and the rest)

Dating always a crap shoot on these but BB helps with drain means earlier than we normally see may have oil port too, HB appears to be original.
Overall good shape, may be a repaint no matter here.
