I sent the seller a note asking for dimensions, but don't hold out much hope for useful numbers. I can ride up there and measure if it comes to that. Judging from the head tube, I'd guess 23 inches or so. Too small for me, but I can facilitate.

Looks like a Mercier 300. Nice mix of parts. Price is probably a little ambitious.
Reynolds 531 steel frame, 33in standover, 58cm top tube, 59cm bb center to seatpost, 58cm bb center to top tube. Best for folks 6' and up!
Phil Wood rear hub, brand new Panaracer 700x28mm tires, DuraAce FD+RD, Stronglight crank, MAFAC levers and brakes, Suntour barcons, and rando front rack. The original MAFAC hood covers and brake pads are in pretty good shape, and I will include brand new/ not yet opened Rustines replacements. Avocet touring saddle in excellent condition.
Rides, shifts, and brakes well. Headset needs a little love, as does one of the pedals. Rims are true, hubs and bottom bracket good.
Paint is in super nice condition. Come check it out in Mt Pleasant in NW DC.
