Bianchigirll might be able to shed some light on this one.
Best, Ben
BTW @andy k, I wonder what hue of Celeste this is?

I hadn’t seen it for some reason, also see above. I’m actually eyeing that quirky mixte Basso that was posted last week.
Anyone in Pittsburgh PA or near the little hickory town of Gibsonia?

Oh yeah, I just looked at the map, map apps really suck if you’ll pardon my vulgarity, but anyway the Apple map says 8 hours 33 minutes so this would likely have to be an overnight weekend meander for me.

Found on eBay:
Vintage Raleigh Carlton Super Course lugged Reynolds 531 frameset, 65cm
Includes stem, headset, front cable bracket, and seatpost binder bolt. No mention of stem being stuck.
Vendor is highly rated. I've done business with them a couple of times w/o issue; no other connection.
Dunno if price is competitive or not.
Posted here as frame size is large and some here are always looking for a large, high-quality vintage steel frame.

Out of my range to price, looks like it needs some love . . . but, "if you are looking for one of these?"

None of us get them if the poster picks the name from the pop-up list instead of simply writing the name in full. It's a bug.

That's the trick? I had been wondering. I see this take on various forms, so just type the user name and that should work? will it highlight blue?

Not a really good deal but not a bad deal.
Seems like these are getting harder to find.

And just for fun, 2017 Specialized Merz Sequoia
These were always overpriced but they only made 200 so...
Never seen one for sale after the fact before.

I remember when I was first stationed in Yuma in Feb of '82, around the end of June I was walking to work one morning and I was looking at the sky thinking "is it ever going to rain?"

Some years ago, I worked with a guy who'd gone to college in Yuma. One thing that stuck with me was his remark that, "You can actually get sick of blue skies."
Here's the kicker: he'd grown up in Tucson.
