It still needs the @ but you don't want it to auto populate, I type out the name, add the @ then move the cursor to the end of the name and enter to move the cursor down to the body without making the name auto populate.

Yep PITA.

Understand completely.

Some years ago, I worked with a guy who'd gone to college in Yuma. One thing that stuck with me was his remark that, "You can actually get sick of blue skies."

Here's the kicker: he'd grown up in Tucson.

Agreed! and I knew that was coming I just couldn't write a good qualifying sentence when I posted it. It does have a slightly more interesting origin apparently there are a few threads on the forum - Dario Pegoretti

I resemble that remark.

94 MB-1

This frame turned out to be way smaller than I thought it was, wouldn't have and doesn't matter, I may never find another, my size or not.

Anyone looking for a YUGE Mercian??? 67cm x 60cm. Has updated components, which are decent but don't match the earlier aesthetic. Still, a $450 price tag and located in SE Pennsylvania.

Two more fairly large lugged steel frames; posted here due to continuing interest in large steel frames. Both are from eBay.

Vintage Schwinn Voyageur 11.8 Road/Touring/Fixie Bike Frameset 64cm

Vintage Challenge CP12 by Peugeot Road/Touring/Fixie Bike Frameset 63cm

Voyager frame sticker specifies "double butted 4130"; no tubing manufacturer listed I can see. Peugeot frame tubing appears to be butted Tange (can't see the sticker well enough to see what Tange tube set it is or whether it's specified to be single- or double-butted).

Shipping on either is high. Auction on both ends Tue, 27 Sep, at 2:26PM EDT. No bid on either so far.

No connection to the vendor other than having made a handful of small purchases from them over the past couple of years. But I check their site periodically because they sometimes have some interesting stuff they've pulled from donated bikes.

Bianchi 1960s team road bike - $1,800 (Milwaukee)

Bianchi

1960s Bianchi team model road bike. It is a 60cm frame. This was their top model of the era, one step above the specialissima.

-Campagnolo record crankset, front derailleur, shifters, and pedals
-Campagnolo seatpost 27.2 mm
-Campagnolo Bianchi integrated headset
-Brooks B17 saddle with '66 date stamp
-universal mod. 61 brakes
-3ttt grand prix stem and handlebars

Wheelset is newer, Campagnolo Nuovo tipo hubs laced to Ambrosio tubular rims.

The bike is fully ready to ride, with all bearings rolling smoothly.

My '64 for compare

While the orange bike is more original than my green I think the $1800 is high due to the wheels being not original.

FWIW - I was in contact with the original seller of the orange Bianchi who claimed that it came from his grandmother's bicycle collection, and he was real keen to move it quickly. From the extra pictures he sent me I thought it looked like an old repaint but sadly we couldn't come to a price to make the trip worth it. IIRC, he had it listed at $800, so not sure how much the current seller got it for before the flipper markup kicked in.

Team LeMond Pro $600 - Raleigh

An older pre-Trek LeMond. The pics aren't great and there's some mismatched parts, but it appears to be in really good shape otherwise. I need someone else to buy it before I do.
