That was a big problem with them, they appeared to to be just higher hybrids. Unfortunately Bianchi was a bit early on this craze

Oh, man! That is Diamond-Back's top-of-the-line from that era... but you're right, why the new fork? Also, I know these came with XT, but I thought this version had thumb shifters... WTF?

I'm gonna say its an ok deal, don't know who made them, someone here does but they had Merz build several frames for them before this so they had pretty high standards it would seem. Hopefully they carried it forward and I think they did to a certain degree.
