Earlier in this thread, someone wrote that the red frames are SL, and the blue frames are Aelle.

Here's a link to one blue-painted frame that the shop who sold it claim to be Aelle, and that they believe the Swiss shop who made the painted frames (red and blue) was one called "Royal" (nope, never heard of that brand either!)
South Salem Cycleworks: Ochsner bikes and frames
BUT some have claimed their blue-paint Ochsner to be built with Zeta tubing, cannot confirm or deny that.
And I had not seen any mention of Cromor/Matrix tubing being a possibility, before now.
One more mystery: there's a handful of chrome plated Ochsner framesets that have features unlike any of the painted frames (Cinelli logo panto lugs and fork crown, for example). One USA owner of one of these contacted the "Man" himself (Othon Ochsner) who said he had no recollection as to who built them.
This owner said he thought these were contract-made in Italy, not in Switzerland. AFAIK that has not been confirmed, but seems likely.

good point, any buyer should make sure they get the fork they expect: that chrome-plated one in the built-bike pic looks to have a Tange blade decal...not bad but not original...
