As you may tell from photos I left it dusty as found I did no wiping except to see the date on the hub, so the chrome & paint would look a lot better cleaned up."

Interesting stoker crank setup.
"Burley Duet tandem bicycle. This bike has been in storage for a while but it's all there and in very good to excellent condition. It has an Arai auxiliary drum rear brake. It also has the Burley child pedal adapter to accommodate kids on the back. The rear pedals can be moved between upper and lower pedal cranks easily. Rear bars have been rotated up for shorter kid reach, they can be put in normal drop bar position for adult rider. With this setup you can change the bike for an adult or child on the back in just a few minutes. The rear (stoker) seat has a suspension seatpost to absorb bumps."

If this was at all local to me, I'd be in real trouble--- my ability to justify purchasing old bikes seems to be far ahead of my ability to sell off the ones I already have...

Sorry, couldn't resist. And I may not be able to resist buying this either for no other reason than those black lugs against the yellow. Also those cool old fenders and lights. I already have a white PX-10 in the same size . . .
