Made in Spain and not Sues (sorry the correct first letter is not working on my keyboard, but you know what I mean!). I think the name is Torrot, but not positive. Anyway classic and old school in every way! Even has rears forged derailler hanger. Owner says he will take 40 bucks, but too far for me to drive,,, located near Charlottsville, VA
