Maybe that's the factor for some...but I think the facts that this has no clear shot of the headlugs from side, no engraving on the stay caps, not a "Club/Fiori" on the BB shell, nothing engraved on the fork crown...it's more important that the identity of this as a "Colnago" is greatly in doubt.

My question is about the Schwinn frame set in the 2nd photo. What is that seat post???

Seems like it would be useful for adding a seat bag to a bike with Brooks that doesn't have loops...
I'm never good at blowing up photos as they seem to lose resolution when I do it but the symbol looks vaguely like SR?? I searched through Velobase and checked the 60's, 70's and 80 's and didn't see one like it. Possible I missed it or it just wasn't listed.
Anyone know what it is??

At this size I'd be surprised if it doesn't have at least an SP seat tube but the seat post size would tell. (SP: 27.0, SL: 27.2, AFAIK)
