Maybe yes and if so it's a super deal, but despite the apparently correct fork crown and stay caps it's got iffy decals so probably a repaint, Might be a lower cost "Athelete" frame but...worth checking into at that price.

Yes, saw his post for the chrome Paramount. Both spanking good deals, in my opinion, and surprised that the chrome Paramount is still up. The C&V market seems rather depressed right now.

As usual - the devil is in the details. The handlebar holder to prevent bars from flopping over and chipping paint sells new about $20. The work tray on the side is missing (in photo) that little extension thingy that hangs on the side rail, but seller might have it still - can only ask. That work tray sells new for about $40 so pretty nice for $50!
