Nice looking frameset for $100. I don't know about that fork but even having to acquire a fork, I think it's a pretty good price.

In a fairly recent thread, someone was looking for Campagnolo pedal dust caps. Can't find that thread now.
This eBay source has 4 sets. Price seems reasonable ($25 plus tax, shipped, in US). Listing says "Free shipping world wide" - great if true, but caveat emptor recommended. Listing does not say which Campagnolo pedals they fit. Vendor is in Serbia.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/293463141482
Hope this helps someone out.

FWIW the rear wheel is horribly off center......... hmmm
I don't think the frame is off - I don't see any visible damage. Perhaps just wheel was loose and QR not tightened enough? Of course could be a bad axle too....
I'd take it to ye local frame builder and him or her review it if I went and liked it enough to buy it, yet it had a few minor issues...

The Serbian versions would be my preference, and I'd spring for a pair - but my main concern is whether or not the threads have been done well enough not to strip the first time I try to mount or remove them. Also, not sure if a genuine Campy cap removal tool will fit the serrations.
Anyone have experience using them?

The alloy re-pops look better - to my eyes, anyway - than the plastic ones floating about. Plastic re-pops are easy to spot, as the tiny hole is a bit bigger than the original, and the raised lettering on them is a bit wonky-looking.

I'll bet the threads are good, between these, crank dust caps and SP binder bolts, they wouldn't have that good of a rating if not.
Also, these appear to be very close to the older versions of the real thing to my eye.

I've actually already reached out a couple of times, and haven't heard back yet. The NDS CS sure looks like it's got the Waterford, Wi decal and the other decals all look original/Waterford in origin--not sure how legit it is; the serial number would clear up when and where it was made. But I'm guessing the frame is an early Waterford-built Paramount MTB that someone built up in the 90s with basic parts? A bit of patina, but it could be fun to rebuild as a commuter or touring bike for my kid
