Nishiki Altron 7000
I was looking up a particular Nishiki bike and this link on a sale for an Altron 7000 showed up. The Altron is one of Nishiki's high end models and it sold for $225.
(that's cheaper than what I would have expected. I didn't know buying at auctions is so cheap; but I think you need to have some sort of license)

The new replacement forks for the Viscount were Tange chrome forks. Maybe they still honor the recall.
