Bicycle Research 2-Prong Freewheel Removal Tool
Ran across this. Seems to be the CT-1 (very similar to the Shimano TL-FW10). Listing indicates the tool works on Regina and Shimano Dura-Ace (pre 1985) 2-prong freewheels. Other sources indicate it works on older Everest 2-notch freewheels as well, along with unspecified others.
