Alexi Grewal Pinarello
Looks like it started its life as one of the tribute Pinarello bikes made to celebrate Grewal’s 1984 Olympic gold medal. I do think it is the original fork. At first, I thought not, because many of the high end Pinarello frames had the engraved crown but in looking at images of the tribute bikes, they had full chrome forks that looked like this one.

It's a replacement fork, but appears to be a good one. I would guess Tange. Those Pins in the '84 Olympic Arco colorway had a different, very Pinarello crown. (I sold an '84 Super Record a couple months ago.)
