Rear mech looks like a Nuovo Valentino (but with a rounded-top cage), so 1970 or later.

CCM is (well, was, I guess) a YUGE name in Canadian sports equipment, especially Hockey. And "Targa" is another candidate for that old "vehicle/bike model name match-up" thread, wherever that is....

Vintage Japanese Bicycle with Shimano Parts. SR Road Champion Sakae Custom 12 Speed In pretty good shape. This bike was around $2000 new 27in tires, Large Frame Tires need air.

Looks like a pretty sweet bike + components...never heard of Allegro before. Parts include campy, superbe, and janky stem/handlebar/pedals setup. 531 butted tubes/stays/fork.
