Full 531 frame. Lot of non-original parts and I don't know what's going on with the seatpost. Still, a pretty good value.
Older racing bike; high quality Reynolds tubing. frame in good condition, no rust. A mechanic (my dad) assembled the bike for me. 135 OBO. There’s some paint splatter on the bike from when my complex remodeled the building, but it hasn’t affect performance yet

Not necessarily. René Herse built more typical road bikes as well randonneuring bikes. The Campy parts make sense for them. Also, since his was (I think) a full custom shop, I'm sure the customer has plenty of leeway when specifying parts.
