Well, it’s not a Craigslist, nor is there an add for them anywhere.

At the Bike Works yellow house, in Seattle, is a set of Campy Star pista hubs in the glass case for $150.

if one so desires to inquire their phone numbers is 206.725.8867

I just love these sellers that always tell you "similar ones are going for blah blah blah......" or "these usually go for blah blah blah....." Condition, buddy, condition is important.

True enough, goes without saying.

Without the ding and barring any other serious problems that can't be seen from here, it could easily be worth double this ask.

The pics are pretty good and I don't see anything else that would kill the deal.

Fork alone sold for more than this when it was new, many frames need aligned that have never suffered any traumatic events. ;)

If he has the other shifter that might not be a bad deal. You might be able to get $125 parting everything out and have yourself a nice pair of shifters.

It is, doesn't really work aesthetically, I just think the frame is attractive and it's a fair deal

Ive been looking for one of these in my size for a long time. John is a long time friend and someone I ride with regularly. Could you provide the link?

Weird! I am unable to see the actual functioning link. What I get is a small rectangle stating "Esta publicación de Facebook ya no está disponible. Es posible que se haya eliminado o que haya cambiado su configuración de privacidad."

Then I will have done my good deed for the week by helping that beautiful bike find a new life! Then you'll need to start a new thread about how to liberate that seatpost stump.

Mini Gitane anyone?

Saw this on Marketplace, priced a bit high (IMHO) but definitely cool of you had a vintage Gitane and young children that liked to ride with you. My first bicycle was a red 20" diamond frame Western Flyer, which was a rebadged Raleigh lightweight so this caught my eye.
