I just got sick. Now somebody needs to come help me clean up this mess. Why in the world would you ever re-post something so...so.....so hideous?

Touring Bike, excellent condition. Has several times taken me up and down Mt. Hamilton and many times 100 miles in a day. An old friend that I hate to see go. New girl friend no room, no time.

18-speed, 23" frame, good tires. Hand built in 1980, best components. Seat pack, speedo, pump, toe clips, included. Rides perfectly, ready to enjoy many more miles. $50 obo.

irvri, are you going to race it or just collect it? Roselli was a good name in track bikes but a little on the heavy side (what wasn't back then). If you are looking for a clasic racer, the $400 or so goes a long way to buy a good Fuji Track Pro. You can find those in near perfect shape for under $700 complete and with excellent track components. But if you are interested in this frame as a collectors piece, I consider it priced a bit high. Nice looking frame set, however.

I love that Miyata, and its my size too, but I'm pretty sure that was the era of Teams with aluminum forks. Yuck. Also, I don't have $1k

Yeah, the fork's bend looks more like the aluminum fork from 1993 on than the 1990. Also the 1990 had internal routing along the top tube.

$1k opens the market to a lot of bikes, I'm not sure this would be on top of that list.

Gorgeous Eddy Merckx! Not mine, but close by if you want me to take a look.

Was available last fall if I remember correctly.

Eddy Merckx Corsa Extra, Road Bike - $1400 (St. Paul)

Reply to: sale-a3u24-2228095225@craigslist.org [Errors when replying to ads?]

Merckx Corsa Extra in Team Weinmann colors, full campy record

56 cm (55.8 cm center to center)

I am the original owner and have not put many miles on this machine at all. She has never been in a crash, but there are a few paint chips from normal wear.

Columbus SLX tubing
Full Campagnolo Record grupo (including peddles and seatpost)
Sela Flight saddle
Cinelli 1/A stem and Cinelli handlebars
Wheel set built with Campy Record hubs and Mavic rims (tubulars)

This bike delivers that classic "steel is real" road feel, and looks great.
Other key words for searches: Colnago, Pinarello, Basso, Masi, Bianchi, De Rosa, Campangnolo

1983 Specialized Allez - 56cm

Kept in great shape. Upgraded Brakes to Shimano 105. Still rides like a beauty.

Great for those who like the steel vintage road bike feel!

Posted on Craigslist last summer and got tons of responses but was not ready to part with it. Take it off my hands!

Please email me your name, number, and when you would like to see it.

Thanks for looking!

I've seen a lot of really nice bikes on the SJ craigslist going for $40 or $50 but without a phone number!?! my guess it's spam. It's just too good to be true.
