[h=2]Vintage Bianche Limited (Japanese) Racing Bike, Pristine, 56cm - $500 (Brookline, MA)[/h]

Date: 2012-05-19, 1:12PM EDT

Up for sale is a pristine Bianchi "Limited" racing bike. This model is a rare find, as most Bianchi's are made in Italy, but a small batch of them (this one included) were made in Japan, which are considered some of the best Bianchi's ever made.

Frame is all steel and 56cm. Comes with a San Marco Ponza seat, Shimano 600 brakes, and new tires/innertubes. I've attached a bunch of pictures so you can see the condition in detail. Notice that the only flaw is a slight nick on the seat.

If interested, email and I can send over more or higher resolution pictures. Local pickup only.

1987 Trek 520 Cirrus touring bike is in very good condition. Large 65cm/25 1/2" frame with a standover height of almost 36".Made of Reynolds 531 cromoly tubing. If you are not 6'2" or taller, forget about it. All original except for saddle, tires, bar tape and brake pads. 18 speed Shimano index shifting mounted on the downtube, half step triple crank, Deore derailers, Kool Stop brake pads, beefy Michelin tires put on 1 1/2 years ago, has mid fork braze ons for front low rider rack, eyelets for fenders. wheels are straight. But for any personal tweeks, ready for that cross continent trip. If this post is up, it's still for sale. $475.

Very nice Bianchi Sport SX road bike in excellent condition ... quality bike which was made in Japan in the mid to late 80's. The bike was well maintained and shows very little signs of wear.

Suntour LePree and Shimano components.

The bikes rides beautifully and performs as it should ... brakes, gears, tires, etc. You'll love what you see.

The frame size is 18" or 46cm and the standover height is 28 1/2' ... bike is well suited for riders 5'3" to 5'9" depending on riding preference.

I am willing to deliver to Boston / Cambridge / JP area on sunday as I have to run an errand in town!!!

[h=2]Sweeet 1971 Raleigh International Reynolds 531 23.5" frame!!!!!!!!!!!! - $200 (Inman Square)[/h]

Date: 2012-05-20, 5:24PM EDT

On offer is a 23.5" Reynolds 531 Raleigh International frame (no fork). This was going to be a winter build for me, but the ebay seller included a fork that did not fit (note: I am also selling the fork- the two do NOT work together as best as I can figure due to headset stack height requirements) and I ended up going a different direction. These bikes are legendarily awesome, and this one would be great for somebody who wants to see what the fuss is about for relatively short change. I frame saver-ed it, and the insides of the tubes look clean. The outside though is not quite so clean. The chrome is relatively decent, but the paint is beat up and there are a number of spots of surface corrosion plus a ding in the top tube. These problems are all cosmetic, and the frame will work well as a rider or for refinishing. Sizing is perfect for somebody over 6', and this frame would make a super smooth single speed conversion. Please include your phone number when replying.

COLNAGO "Esa Mexico" CRIMPED Columbus 51cm Frame/Fork
a beautiful colnago esamexico frame with crimped top and downtube in 51cm, c-c. 53cm toptube.the tubes are 6 times crimped, not 4 times like later gilco tubes.frame and fork are straight, without cracks or dents, all threads are perfect.the decals are gone but very good replicas are available at cyclomondos ebay shop.the paint has some usual scratches here and there, the chrome is very good without rust but a few scratchesfrom a chain suck and from a computer-magnet at the inside of the right fork blade. the forks steerer has the original length, not shortened.

1987 Albert Eisentraut (Oakland, CA) custom frame and fork. 62cm seat tube x 56cm top tube. Very good condition with only minor paint blemishes associated with normal use. Slick fastback seat stays, beautiful internally socketed fork crown, and an amazing bottom bracket shell with integrated cable guides. You'll be hard pressed to find a finer example of old-school frame building craftsmanship.

Campagnolo bottom bracket and headset included.

Shimano SemiPro-Touring

Did not know Shimano made whole bikes, but I suppose they did at one time, searching the forum for Shimano road bike doesn't find me any pics of this model - no connection to the seller.

It says "SR" on the down tube. Is that a reference to Sakae Ringyo? Perhaps they had an OEM arrangement?

PX10 Frameset near Chicago $225

https://chicago.craigslist.org/chc/bik/3023651260.html

I know there's some clones out there, but I don't know enough to identify it well. Someone here probably can though, and if it's real, it's probably worth $225 to someone. It would be to me if I had legs short enough to permit me a ride on a 52cm frame, but unfortunately I do not :-( Hopefully someone else can enjoy it.

Yes, it's an SR, not a Shimano as the ad states. SR did make bikes for a while, there are several threads about them here.

Pinarello Frame 56cm Road/Fixed - $150 (Jamaica Plain)
Date: 2012-05-21, 1:09PM EDT
Reply to: qkrcd-3028965844@sale.craigslist.org [Errors when replying to ads?]
Very cool Pinarello Road Frame. This would make a great around town/or training bike. Beautiful internal rear brake cable routing. Drilled out BB shell (stamped Pinarello). Horizontal dropouts so it could be built up as a fixed/single speed/or internally geared bike.

Size
56.5 seat tube c-c
56cm top tube c-c
Probably 5'8 to 5'11" would be in the range.

Specifics: 1" head tube, Italian threaded BB (left campy fixed cup in for easy reference let me if you want it removed), d.t. shifter bosses, front derailleur boss/tab.

Frame is in good shape no visible dents or rust, decals are in pretty rough shape (you can see traces of the pinarello lettering on the downtube), paint is in rough shape (cracking but not chipping off, if that makes sense), lugs and joints all look good.

Very tempting, especially if it's fully Dura Ace equipped.
