Anyone around Austin looking for a big Grizzly or willing to check this out for me? https://austin.craigslist.org/bik/3218427857.html i am wondering what the deal with the fork is, likely a loose/shot HS
$250
Real nice.Bianchi Hybrid The front brake is broken but I took it to a shop when I got it and and the repair would have been inexpensive but alas I never really rode the bike and therefore never got it fixed.
The Shimano gears are still terrific and it still soars up Austins hills with ease.
Throwing in the no longer necessary U-lock for which I have the keys.
60cm
$250 OBO kitties not included

Also, I think it unlikely that this bike is 60cm; I have the same bike at home (currently in pieces), mine has a much taller headtube and it's still not 60cm.
Finally, is this really a deal at $250? I didn't think there was much interest in these old ATBs.

It almost looks like the front fork is devoid of canti studs; could that be?

We've got a nice old Bianchi Grizzly up on CL here, too. Only 75 bones for this one. It has rollercam bosses on fork. Hard telling what's going on with that Celeste one up there, pic's not that great.
I don't think $250 is unreasonable in a hot MTB market, which many Southwestern cities seem to be.

Very nice 1965 Paramount in central California. Don't see too many from that year, only a few hundred made. Does this belong to anyone on the Forum?

[h=2]Bianchi 61cm Nuovo Racing 1983 Celeste - $500 (Newton)[/h]

Date: 2012-09-01, 8:57AM EDT

Original Bianchi bike in very good condition. Everything works great. The bike does have some surface rust and other cosmetic blemishes being close to 30 years old now. All original condition. Comes with new rolls of celeste handle bar tape and the pedals seen in the picture. U-Lock holder has been removed.

[h=2]Bianchi Premio Racing Bike - $250 (Swampscott)[/h]

Date: 2012-09-01, 12:07PM EDT

Bianchi Premio racing Bike. Purchased new around 1993. Mechanically Excellent. Cosmetically fair to good. Was tuned up about 4 years ago; I'm embarrassed to admit I only rode it once since then (which is why I'm selling it). Love the bike, but I don't do this type of riding anymore. This bike just wants to straight and FAST!
I WOULD consider a trade for a decent hybrid or mountain bike
Email's always the best way to catch up with me. I'm around most of Labor Day weekend.

I have no idea if $450 is a good price, but it is a cool frame:
https://www.ksl.com/index.php?nid=218...lpid=1&search=
This is a very unique bob jackson because it was only a limited run production. Bob Jackson used NOS (new old stock) nervex lugs that were made in france in the 50's 60's and 70's to make the "Nervex Pro" until they ran out of them sometime around 2004. The frame has a small dent on the toptube from when it was shipped to the US. It will not affect the ride performance or frame integrity because it is small and the frame is made of steel. This bike has never been built and has just been sitting around since 2003. It cost a little over 1400$ to custom build the frame. I have never seen another Bob Jackson Frame with a person's name custom painted on. This is your chance to own a beautiful handbuilt bike from england for less than half the price. I also have a full dura ace 8speed group set and brand new chris king 1 inch threadless headset that would go great on this bike. Thanks for looking and give me a call if you want to come check this bike out

This seems like it could be a nice deal? Dura-Ace high-flange hubs, mavic G-40 rims. Not mine:

I have a Men's Centurion IronMan "Dave Scott" 14 speed road bike for sale. It's a two-tone cream/white and purple/black color that's in great shape for the age. Standover height is 32.5". It has Shimano 600 shifters, side pull brakes, front and rear derailleurs, and a Shimano 600 BioSpace crank. Frame is Tange No. 1 cro-mo seamless tubing double butted tubes. The rims are 700c hard anodized with quick release on front and rear. Tires and tubes are like brand new. Bike has been tuned up (including full replacement of all of the cables and brakes) and is road ready. It sure does fly like the wind too! Come see for yourself and take it for a ride -- I guarantee you won't be disappointed you made the trip! I'm asking $200 or best offer. If you're interested in coming to see it, send me an email.

5 hours to go on this Cinelli Model B and still at a great price of $600. You'd get that for the headset alone.

"Unusual" is right. Can't say I've ever seen that before. Is this safe!?!

[h=2]Old school 700c wheelset with unusual spoke pattern - $150 (SE PDX)[/h]These wheels are old school Maillard 700 hubs, which are every bit what Campagnolo Super Record hubs were in their day, laced to Mavic Module E2 Argent rims with DT stainless spokes. These are hand laced in the a very unusual braided pattern, look at the pictures. I put them on a hook and ogled them, but never wanted to hoist my Clydesdale arse up on them for fear of knocking them out of true. It's time for you to have them.
The rear hub is a 126mm spaced thread on for six and seven cog freewheels. The rims are presta valve holed clinchers.
