I agree this is the cat's pajamas and would be a fabulous addition to anyones collection. Hopefully it won't get fixied or stripped.

This would make a great drop bar conversion for off-pavement riding

https://stlouis.craigslist.org/bik/3418443528.html

I have for sale this mens mountainbike. It is a Trek 970. The headbadge says handbuilt in the United States. I believe it to be all original down to the tires. It has a 22.5 inch or 57 cm frame with a 33 1/2 inch standover. Everything working and in good running order. Please e mail me and mention TREK in your e mail or call and please leave a message as this is my home phone and it is not being carried around in my pocket...and I will return your call. 636-257-3845.

Except the seat it looks OEM and very clean. looks like the 21.5 frame anyone want to check this out for me?

Somebody buy this. I'm in the Seattle/Renton area for Thanksgiving, can't afford the bike, don't want to gave to ship it back to Wisconsin, but this one is tempting.
(back to CL shopping to see what I can bring back on the plane, stay under the budget, and not make my wife think I'm any more nuts)

Original made in England 70's Raleigh folding bike in very good condition. Rear hub is marked "2 76" which makes it a 1976 model. Has original tire pump and red wall tires. The only issue with this bike is that the chain guard is off and a little dented and bent but I do have it. Seat is excellent. Overall a super bike.

CAMPAGNOLO #729 Fork Crown Race Remover - Used.

This tool doesn't work well- It needs to be repaired by pinching the ends together a few millimeters so that it doesn't spread to the outside diameter of the crown race. SOLD AS-IS.

Domestic buyers pay $4 for USPS shipping. International buyers to pay shipping at cost- please contact me for a shipping price quote.

[h=2]Schwinn Cimarron Vintage 1985 Mountain Bike - $150 (Countyline Malibu)[/h]

Date: 2012-11-23, 12:35PM PST
Reply to this post25jgr-3429467483@sale.craigslist.org[SUP][Errors when replying to ads?][/SUP]

Great daily rider, ready for the road - Recent drivetrain rebuild, Shimano Diore XT Shifters and Brakes, Nitto handlebars with new grips. The rims are straight and the hubs roll very quiet and smooth, like a US made Schwinn should-this is the last year the Cimarron was produced in Chicago. Recent chain lube, garage kept.

click photobucket link below for additional pics
https://s282.photobucket.com/albums/k...untain%20Bike/

Frame has a few nicks and scrapes, original paint. The frame is Cro Moly steel (strong, rust resistant) with ovaled bars, very well built, relatively light.

Tires are new and hold air. Fast reliable bike. Reasonable cash offers only, sorry no trades. If you're coming from a distance, I can meet you halfway (if you don't try and lowball me first).

805 three zeero two 8530 (calls/texts are better than reply emails).
