Vitus(?) San Bernardino @ Shop Goodwill. Pick up only in Englewood, CO (Denver). It's peculiarly appealing. I did a bit of searching around but couldn't come up with too much -- anybody know what make/model it really is?

While I'm at it, there's a Viner track bike in Independence, MO. Maybe a touch high on the price, but it looks sharp.

685 is fair for the Viner.

If it were 62 and nearby I would be cancelling my trip to the swap this weekend.

I'm sure it wouldn't do anyone any good to correct the seller...some people just don't care!

I believe this may be a 57cm or 58cm seat tube as the seller measured C-C. If so, it's within my range. This is not the time for a new stable beauty but I'm starting by clarifying that size. Plus, I'll be in SoCal over spring break (a few weeks away)!

I'm on the fringe a facilitator call out...

I would definitely get a remeasure.

Looks larger than a 56cm, more like my 57+cm Sintesi.....

This is very tempting.

Nice looking city bike. I kind of agree with you I don't think Vitus is the brand but the tubing. Looks European/Dutchish to me.

Bought this. Shimano 105 components brake levers, hubs, derailleurs, Shimano 600 brakes.

Waaaay to tall for me, but either part it out for components or maybe for use the components for upgrades to my old Fuji...

To use a term like "English Racer" you know his age, probably my age. And the rest of the listing shows he is not a bike guy.
Just selling bikes that have been sitting unused in his garage since new!

Ha, it has gone up to $600 since you posted it, I guess even during a blizzard he got a hundred emails about the bike and figured he had something a little more special than he originally thought

Triple triangle Nashbar with white Suntour ole group. Both are hideous IMO, but I know there are fans of both here. Group looks complete save for replacement rear wheel.

https://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/bik/3589955027.html

Blue Nashbar road bike. Very good quality. Light weight. Has alloy wheels. New 700 C road tires and tubes. New handlebar tape. Great bike for entry level training or try up on use. 21 inch frame. 31 inch standover height. Best for someone 5 foot 7to 6 foot. I travel between Worcester and Cambridge frequently so I could likely meet anywhere in between. $250.00.
