It was a better deal two weeks ago when it was $25. $200 still may be good. I'll check it out.

I sincerely hoped someone is at least looking at those bikes I post! Better yet would be if someone here on BF.net actually sees a bike they need or want and follows through! Lots of deals here, but I already have too many bikes - and too many other time-consuming interests as well!

Living vicariously through others again?

I don't have any more room or budget for new neat bikes off of craigslist but YOU SHOULD TOTALLY GET IT!!!!

I have three bikes that I bought that aren't even my size, just because they were such deals! Trek 1100 that is too small, Nishiki Sport that is too tall, and the 24" framed Schwinn Woodlands that is a tad too tall, but I ride it anyway! Besides, while I'm only 5' 8.5" with a 30.5" standover, I prefer the fit of my 23"-framed Fuji S-10S. A 21-22" frame that 'should' be my size, according to most bike fit charts, was too cramped.

I'm just lucky that the Wife doesn't go into the storage room above the back garage. She'd flip if she saw all of the bikes up there.

YELLOW RB-1!!!!!

https://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/bik/3708894532.html
[h=2]1993 Bridgestone RB-1 - $800 (Enfield)[/h]

57 cm. 1993 Bridgestone RB-1 in Yellow! This is the definitive Bridgestone road bike and is very rare. A classic, this bike is made of high end Ishiwata steel tubing in Japan, has beautiful lugwork and a butted, flatcrown lugged fork designed by Tom Ritchey. No rust inside, paint is not perfect but still vibrant. Braze ons for fenders and clearance for 700x28c tires makes this the perfect bike for commuting and competitive group rides. This bike has been rebuilt with Shimano Dura Ace 7700 9 speed group that is in excellent condition. New Nitto bar and stem, thomson masterpiece seatpost, Continental Sprinter Gatorskin 700x22 tubular tires, fsa sealed cartridge 1" headset, new cables and chain round out the build. Dura Ace 32 h mavic CXP30 tubular wheelset. Please email with any questions. I'm located in NH but make frequent trips to MA if interested in viewing/ riding.
Thanks, Gene

[h=2]Tandem Bike Richie - $1200 (santa cruz)[/h]
This is a classic Richie tandem. Beautiful color scheme. The tandem is in perfect condition. I am the second owner. The first owner never rode it, I used it several times. My daughter decided she did not like riding tandems. The bike comes with two sets of tires (60psi and 90psi). The rear rack is new, so is the bag. The rear handlebars are adjustable...these are new as well. It has look cleats.

The price is firm. It's a deal at this price. Buy it and have some fun!

Here's a vintage Trek 640 that looks like a bit of a time capsule. Nice Campy parts, and very clean.
