I wish these were closer - I'd check 'em out:
Professional rigida france aluminum touring tires and tire rims - $48 (McLean, VA

"I have a whole lot of French (1970s) aluminum tires and tire rims
These used to belong to a professional bicyclist and he bought
Them along time ago back in the seventies for his Mercian and holdsworth
Light weight touring bikes that are also for sale but the tires and tire rims
Are very light weight made in France they are very sturdy made of
Aluminum for ones that sturdy and old would usually cost over $100.00
And you can get each for $48.00 or best offer
And the tires maker is rigida made in France"

54cm Panasonic PT3500

https://losangeles.craigslist.org/lac...942497838.html

54cm Panasonic PT3500 Roadbike, 16 speeds/touring style.

Excellent roadie for sale:
80's Panasonic frame (made in Japan)
Shimano Deore groupset
Turbo Saddle
MKS Pedals/toe-clips
Cantilever brakes
Vetta rear-rack (not pictured but comes with (bolts included))

Notes- Selling my girlfriend's old roadbike only because she is getting more into cycling and just upgraded bicycles.
Great bike for commuting around town. Rear rack is perfect for holding your belongings as you cycle through this summer avoiding the sweat via backpacks. Bike was recently tuned and had new tires put on. Email for any info.
Asking $250 OBO.

[h=2]1988 SPECIALIZED STUMPJUMPER - $100[/h]

As much as I don't want to sell this 17.5 inch 1988 Stumpy, its just sitting in wait and deserves to get out on the trails again. I bought this last spring, broke it down, cleaned it, trued the wheels, lubed everything and repacked the bottom bracket in hopes of riding it much more, but no such luck. Functionally, this thing is nearly perfect but as you can see from the photos, it has plenty of chainslap and some scrapes...but, what do you expect from a 25 year old mountain bike? The geometry of this bike (and the fact you can throw racks on it) lends itself to being a great touring bike. Additionally, the great thing about the 1988 Stumpjumper is that it is a truly unique model as it is the only year with the u-brake (on its way out) and the Biopace crankset (on its way in). Everything is original to the bike, but the rear derailleur was replaced with an LX model from around 1992 and, even though the tires are Ground Controls, I believe these to be of the same era of the derailleur. I know this isn't everybody's cup of tea, but feel free to shoot me an email with questions or if you want any other photos.

Ironman Centurion - $125 (Eastlake)

We've narrowed down the origin of this CroMo framed road bike to 1986-88. It's been quite a world traveler, off to Thailand, Japan, and a few other places before settling down here.

Cool yellow aero-ish bars, friction shifters, mid-to-high Shimano components. It rides smooth and comes with a spare pair of tires when these get old.

I dunno, it's a steel-framed 700c road bike from the late 80s. Good quality, or it wouldn't have lasted this long.

From the looks of the pictures, I do like the colors. Very much. The size looks correct. Maybe 56 or 58? I'll find out more today when I see the bike. This may be my "walk the dog" bike. Thank you, guys.

The bike is in bad condition. Not worth the money to make it aesthetically and mechanically acceptable. Thank you for your input, guys.

[h=2] Raleigh Twenty Folding Bicycle $250 OBO - $250 (Jenkintown)[/h]
This bike is all original except the tires. It is in great condition! The front tire is new, but the back tire is old and may need to be replaced. there is very little rust and has been garage kept. The three speed needs to be adjusted, but works. The brakes are good and it has new brake pads. the rear reflector is broken. This bike is a classic. Whether you want to ride it as is or make it into a hot rod it is a beautiful bike.

For $40, it may be worth a chance. No fork & de-bonded downtube.

https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/bik/3947005243.html

[h=2]Vintage Miyata Titanium Road Bike Frame - $40 (pacific heights)[/h]

Vintage Miyata stripped titanium alloy lugged frame, size 54, probably made between 1970-1980. This is a collector's item and not suited for being ridden as the down tube is showing some separation from the lower head lug. $40 OBO.
