Something different, not often seen in the States. Possible Gitane built. 5 hr. remaining, no watches, No bids...... going cheap? Description might be off, thinking its early 1970's

My size too. Saw one that was in for service at my LBS, and was impressed by the workmanship. It also looked to have ample room to run wider tires. I have a soft spot for Ross bikes as my first road bike was a mid eighties Grand Tour. Wouldn't mind picking a 290S up.

1989 Trek 970 Singletrack lugged MTB for 175$.

I believe this is the first model year of Trek's best cromo MTB. I would love to own this bike, but it is too big for me.

Interested on that too. Can you estimate the size of the bike just by looking at the pic?

I am guessing, it is a 20" frame.

The owner told me: " The length of the seat tube, from the base to the top is 18 inches." But that is definitely not an 18" bike. I would guess 20" also.
