The bike is in beautiful condition. The size is 21" (52cm) with a 31.5" stand over height.
The frame is 531 Reynolds steel with beautiful lugs and chrome fork tips and rear stays. Has original Brooks B5N saddle, Bluemels club special fenders, Soubitez generator with working front and rear lights and original water bottle. Has Simplex 10 speed shifting, Weinmann 750 brakes, quick release wheels and Lyotard pedals.

1987 Bertoni nuovitalia 12 speed made in Italy. The bike is equipped with Shimano 600 front/rear derailleurs and shifters. The Crank is Bertoni branded (Likely an italian ofmega crankset since the dustcaps are ofmega stamped). The frame tubing is Columbus Matrix, making for a lightweight frame. Columbus Dropouts as well. 3ttt stem. Brakes levers and calipers are Universal.The bicycle is equipped with 700c Mavic MA2 rims. This is a 55cm bike. The step over on the center bar is 33". Spent over $200 on new tires and full tune up.

Bike is in excellent condition. $325.

This touring bike has been in the garage for years. It's in excellent shape and has very few scratches. The tires on it are brand new. It also includes the rear rack, cateye solar cyclocomputer (with cadence), and the bike pump.

It looks to be in great shape, but what happened to the original fork would be my question to the seller, it may have gotten bent in an accident which means the entire frame should be checked real close; and since the original fork is not with the bike the asking price is about $175 to high assuming the frame is straight. Just an opinion of course.

I think that black was the fork's original color. I have a 1987 Trek 1000 and it's silver flake with a black fade around the cranks and a wholly black fork like this 520 does. 1987 Trek Bicycle Brochure (Burgundy to slate fade)

I saw that on the Trek site, but that fork, correct me if I'm wrong because my monitor isn't producing the color right, but appears it's a burgundy to slate fade and that the burgundy starts at the top of the fork and fades to slate as it goes down to the dropouts, however in the picture on the Craigslist the entire fork looks black not faded nor slate which is more gray than black as the fork on CL looks. In addition the Trek decal is missing on the fork.

Looks like the BB is the same color as the fork.

For argument sake lets say they are, but again the fork is not a fade from burgundy to slate, it's all "slate" with no Trek decal.

This was my Grandpa's bike which I rode for a few years. Most everything on it is in great, original condition. It has new tires, a new rear rim, new tubes, and new brakes. I'm not anxious to sell it, but I know he would love it if someone is putting it to use somewhere.

Tire size is 28-630 with 27 inch tubes. Bike should fit anyone approximately 5'7" to 6'3" comfortably. (I'm 5'11")

Vintage track bike (C&J cycles), reynolds 531 with beautiful lugwork, campy pista dropouts. i would say 53/54 sized- 53 seat, 54 top tube. Early 70's vintage bike, unsure of exact year built- was built locally, with excellent craftsmanship. Brooks professional seat, campy record seatpost, campy record track hubs, 3tt stem and pista bars. Period Sugino crank and phil wood bottom bracket. All period and installed when new, very, very little use. Tires are newish, but not glued on- but rims are cleaned up. Has been properly stored, and is a nice as a used bike can be. Have some extra cogs that go with as well.

$550 obo
