My neighbor has what seems like a real oddity. It's a 26" wheel cruiser from around 1980...It's got blue anodized parts,as was the BMX rage at the time. It's a chromed frame,and it feels pretty light,so I'm assuming it's cro-moly.
It's got a little ingot-shaped piece affixed to the bottom of the down tube that has a hotrod header company on it..not Hooker,but some other California company.

It has "StarCruiser" decals on the downtube.

Does anyone know anything about this?

No idea but I would love to see some pics :)
