In dire need of help with une pédale!
So... My girlfriend and I were riding bicycles earlier in the week, and in an accident bent the spindle of her pedal. I figured it'd be an easy matter of replacing the spindle, or the pedal, but there's that nice little fact that the pedal is french.

It's a Lyotard, from her UO-18 mixte.
Does anyone have a french threaded lyotard spindle I could use? A way to straighten the current one?
A whole pedal? Lyotard, french, anything!?
Please, bikeforums, help me fix this pedal so the Peugeot can once again be rideable!
(Sparing my girlfriend, in turn, from riding a walmart schwinn.
)

Banjo, yer supposed to get off the bikes before "interacting." Don'cha want to just upgrade her to a set of Maillard 700 (or if you've really got some spondulick, TA) pedals?
