650B Tires in Cream?

I know of only one option for 650B tires in a cream/ivory colour: the Grand Bois Hetre. Is there anything else out there? Something a bit narrower than 42mm?

Thanks in advance!

You might be able to find some NOS Michelins on French ebay...
