Schwinn Travelller III Adjustable Stem Height?
I was on my way home from work today and stopped at a St. Vincent's on the way back. I saw they had a Schwinn Traveller III for sale. Looked to be fixable but I noticed there wasn't an allen bolt in the top of the stem.
I checked a couple of online sources and it doesn't appear that it is adjustable. Is this correct? It is either a '78 or '79 (only years they made them).

It should be a hex-head bolt (and adjustable).
