The only Steyr I'm familiar with is the Clubman. It was a competitor with the Schwinn Varsity and sold for a few dollars less. They were very popular with school kids in Southern California in the sixties. There was a shop in Pasadena that imported Austrian bikes. They were made by Steyr-Daimler-Puch. It was a cheap bike, but kind of cool looking. Cooler than a Varsity, but that's not saying much.

That's everything I know about Steyr.

Agree with above comments. Some of the Sears bikes, were also made by them.
