National tire co. LTD?

This Ironman that I aquired has a National tire co. LTD. tire on it that is a 700c x 20cm. clincher. I have never heard of this company and am just curious if these tire were any good. This one is dry rotted so I will not be able to ride it. Anybody ever ridden one?

A quick Google search shows that National Tire makes Panaracer. Website is www.panaracer.com

Panaracer's are good tires for the most part, I guess. My son likes his, but I've never ridden on them.

That's all I got.

National was the Japanese brand name used by Matsu****a in Japan. In the USA they used Panasonic, with the tires generally being branded Panaracer. They made a wide range from econmical, long wearing and not so grippy, up to pricey, grippy and not very durable.
