Did he have this approved by the housing board?

Hard to knock him, though. Check out his other ride;

His mom said they just picked it up at a yard sail.

House boat?

I don't see a permit on that go kart. Why they wrote "permit parking only" themselves, then parked without a permit I will never know.

That bantam really takes me back. I had one that was my sister's hand-me-down. It also had an adapter bar to make it a boy's bike. I tricked it out every which-a-way untill I outgrew it.

Yeah, I had that same Bantam but with a red sparkley banana seat. My sister was always getting my dad to take the adaptor bar off and then I'd have to ride around on a girl's bike.
The seat cracked in '76 so I replaced it with a Stars 'n' Stripes seat from Kmart.
