Help ID this beauty
 

I picked this bike up for a good deal because neither I nor the seller could confirm what it is. I just went with my instincts judging from the lightness and the nice components and picked it up. I thought I plan on using the components if I dont find the ride pleasant :) Its an aluminum frame that's fully debadged. The only markings on it are under the bottom bracket where it seems to be made from Vitus tubing. It has Suntour Super Pro shifters and derailleurs. Ofmega cranks and hubs. Cinelli stem and handlebars, and royal comp brakes.

When asking what kind of bike is this include as many detail pictures of the frame set. Including components is of little value since components can be bolted onto just about anything. Pictures required include rear drops, seat stay brace, seat and head tube lugs, fork crown, bottom bracket and the like. Also, seat tube diameter is a help. All that said...

My guess is that you have an eighties something Vitus 979. I compared your pictures as best I could to my own Vitus and the similarities are many.

yours seems to have everything: seattube cluster, bottom bracket, brake cable routing.
