Mino Denti (funny frame?)

Hi, I picked this up from Craigslist for $40. I am just trying to figure out what to do with it. I was thinking about repainting it but then thought someone might want to try to restore it. I don't know anything about Mino Denti bikes and would appreciated any info you guys can give me about this bike. I'm trying find out how old it is and how much it might be worth. Dropouts, crank, rear hub, headset, bottom bracket, and other small misc parts are Campagnolo. The one rear wheel he had was a sown up. The brakes the guy said came on it are Modolo but he also gave me a box full of parts with one Campagnolo brake and two sets of levers. I hope that is enough; if you need more just let me know. Here are some pics:

Neat! Is that internal routing of the shifter cables? $40 is a steal (steel?), surely you could sell that stem for that much. I don't want to tell anyone what I paid for my Pinarello-pantographed stem.

40 bucks??!!
You might have already made up that money three times over if that crankset is indeed a Campy SR and is in good condition. The Modolos also look to be the high end version with the serial numbers.
It's a TT bike and it's radical geometry and position might limit your use of it unless you do TTs or triathlons, but it seems like this type of bike is being way underpriced in the market these days. I can see a big resurgence in value in the collector's market in the future.
Congratulations!, with a little elbow grease it should clean up nicely!

Denti is still in business:

And this one looks amazingly like yours, only $2460 more than you paid.
