Overhyped, and a bit overpriced (IMO), but it looks to be in really nice shape.

Upper entry level, boom era, French bicycle. Not quite the Universal French Bicycle, with Huret Svelto derailleur replacing the Simplex Prestige and CLB Racer brakes replacing MAFAC Racers, but equivalent. About the same quality as a Peugeot UO18C.
Relatively rare but not valuable or high end. However, as noted by USa Zorro, it's in very good condition and may have aluminum rims as opposed to the typical steel, though it's hard to tell from the pics. The asking price would be very close to the original retail price.

Not high end! If it were completely fixed up, that price would be OK, but look how the chain sags. Either it's too long, or the derailleur wrap-up spring is worn. The saddle is nice, though, from the early 80's. Don't buy this bike to resell it. But if you or someone in your family wants to ride it, you could consider it.
