No, that is not a Concor model saddle. The Concor kicks up a bit and cuts off sharply at the tail end and does not fold over smoothly at the back as shown on the pics. It's not a Laser (IIRC, cheaper version of Concor) either, because the Laser has the same sharp cutoff at the back but a bit less sharp as the Concor.
Can't tell you what model that one is but it looks very similar to a Cinelli Unicanitor shape-wise, which I think is an all together different brand (so it's not a Unicanitor).
Here's a link to a pic showing what a Concor model saddle looks like:

Is your name actually craigcraigcraig? That is honestly not a smart question, my mom had a pre-preschool student named craig craig craig. They called him Craig C. Craig.

There were spinoffs from other brands that mimicked San Marco saddles but it was more of the Concor mostly being copied by some manufacturers out there because of it's then unique/revolutionary shape. And for the same reason, the Concor was faked by numerous nameless manufacturers mostly from the far east, done in all sorts of different materails and colors. It would not be worth it to fake a saddle that has such a common shape that was similar to the Unicanitor saddle as this one looks like, so it's unlikely that this one is a fake. It might be a saddle made specifically for a bicycle company for their specific models as OEM saddles that was not sold on the open market.
