What is this?

hey everyone i need some help figuring out what my bike is. It is a Firestone "Speed Cruiser 500" but thats all i know. I have searched high and low to find out more info on these bikes i have found very little. If anyone has any on these bikes please let me know. Thanks

I didn't have that one. I had a 24" wheel one, beyond PeeWee Herman, his was a Schwinn but the Firestones were sold at the tire dealers when I was a kid, mostly around the holidays. They were tanks, mine had a front spring. Yours is more conventional, a middle weight, now characterized as a heavy but.... they have a following for their novelty.
