Peugeot PA 60

I´ve got my eyes on a mid-seventies Peugeot PA 60 frame, which - according to the Peugeot catalog - is designed for light touring. There´s also a higher-end model, PX 60, with Reynolds tubing, but this has Peugeot Allege tubing. The owner says that the frame has standard British threaded bb and headset.

The frame´s geometry looks like an interesting mixture of a racing frame and a traditional touring frame. I´m thinking of building myself a classic light touring bike with modern, classic-looking components, and at my area (Scandinavia) there are not too many options to choose from. So, if anybody here has some more knowledge or advice, I´d be glad to know.

Mid seventies means French threads.

It looks like a PA10 with Bluemels fenders, Stronglight 49D double crank, generator and front bag support rack. Clinchers, too.

I like my PA10 a lot.
